• Download All Files First.
• Then Extract all files on your Computer.(Using 7Zip OR Winrar)
• Now Open Extracted OPPO F1 Plus (X9009)Folder.
• After Open OPPO F1 Plus (X9009) FRP Folder .
• You will see two folder ..
• Then Download OPPO F1 Plus (X9009) USB Driver.
• Extract & Install USB Driver on your Device 
• Now Open OPPO F1 Plus (X9009)Flash Tool Folder.
• Now Run "SPTOOl.EXE".
• Now find & Click Scatter_loading 
• Now A new window will open -Select MTxxxx_Scatter_loading.txt(File on Extracted frp folder.
