HERE IS GUIDE:-

• download fastboot firmware according to ur phone model mine is Redmi 2
• download fastboot tool  
• extrate and copy firmware folder to drive C
• extrate fastboot tool and copy it to firmware folder
• put ur phone into fastboot mode and connect usb to Pc
• In Firmware Folder There is a file   flash_all.bat
• open it and flashing will be start Note   you can also use mi flasher to flash firmware
• after flash make hardreset Vol + pwr button - Recover - wipe data all .... thats it phone unlocke

• Remove Mi account on all Mi devices
