Download all above files all your PC
1.first install real term on your commputer
2.then install samsung mobile usb driver on your pc.
3.then power off your phone 
4.insert a local valid sim card
5.power on your mobile again
6.Now connect your phone to computer
7.Open realterm
8.check your device port no.(write click on my computer-manage-device manger-samsung modem driver-write click on it-click on port- now see port no)
9.back to realterm click on (half duplex)
10.click on port-select your port no
11.click on send
12.send those two commands
(Type “at+creg?\r\n” and click "Send ASCII" (Without Quotes) this command is for enable network registration.
when at command for network registration was successful, need to send another command to make a phone call.

Type “atd1234;\r\n” And click “Send ASCII” button. this command is for dial a phone call to the number 1234 or whatever number we put on it.)

13.now go to your phone 
14.You must answer phone call 
(after that click on massage )
15.type massgage(www.devoloperxda.blogspot.in)
click on massage text
16.now choose google chorme
17.open my blog download all of those files(e.g-google account manager,quick shortcut maker)
18.after download click on chrome link option see below
19.type www,google.com
20.type samsung galaxy apps open page click (see below option)
21.login,creat  samsung accunt
22.click on search dialog search es file expoler
23.download it and open
24.now install all of those download files 
25.now open quick shorcut maker (seach google account)
26.scroll down and file google account login (click -try-browser sign in-sign in with your mail address)
27.complte
28.restert your phone


Download google account manager with same as your android os version(e.g-if you using android 5.1-so download google account manager 5)
